During the session, "Teaching Western Civilization to Elementary Students", we will discuss the importance of teaching Western Civilization today for the sake of developing independent thinkers. Additionally, we will examine how the study of Western Civilization introduces students to lessons in goodness and virtue. Finally, we will explore how to practically approach teaching Western Civilization to elementary students through the use of geography, stories, art, coins, language, and primary sources.
