Gwen is a member of the Hillsdale College K-12 Education Teacher Support Team. Prior to joining the K-12 Office in 2022, Gwen taught middle and high school math at charter schools in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she also coached volleyball, basketball, cross country, and track. In 2017, she moved back to Hillsdale to be the assistant athletic director of media and community relations with the Hillsdale College Athletic Department.
