Its bucolic grounds include ponds, wooded walking trails, and many ornamental structures of architectural interest. The crowning jewel of the property is an exterior replica of Thomas Jefferson’s neo-classical home Monticello where Hillsdale College hosts lectures, seminars, conferences, and retreats.
